The 12 hour event is open to all New Zealand secondary school aged students from Year 10 and over (for Australian teams equivalent to NZ Year 10)
Entries must be received by 6 pm Thursday 4th April 2019,
There are to be no entries after this date, a late fee will apply to any received after this date.
All entries are manual entries this year (no online entries).

12 hour event: 4 Team Members & One Support Crew Person $550 NZD (incl tenting accommodation space for Friday night and Prize Giving Brunch on Sunday) Please advise on entry form qty required (max 5 per).
Extra Sunday Brunch (Prize Giving) $25 NZD Please advise on the entry form if you require extra meals at Prize Giving.
All entry fees will receive an invoice/receipt on payment - please contact us if you require an invoice before payment.

We accept that unforeseen circumstances may require the withdrawal of a team, though in most cases team members can just be substituted. In the unlikely event that an entire school is unable to complete a team and the event management is notified before 6th March the full amount will be refunded minus a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations from 6th March until 28th March 2019 will be refunded by 50%. There are strictly No Refunds after the 28th March 2019.
